Motorcoder

Linear sensor using Hall sensor with sub-micron resolution (<1 µm)

  • No scale required

  • Utilizes linear motor permanent magnets and Hall sensors

  • Standard specification: Compatible with Mitsubishi linear motors (N-pole to N-pole spacing: 48 mm)

  • RS485 serial communication output (compatible with Mitsubishi and Panasonic)

  • Custom design and development specifications:

    • Magnetic pole pitch customization

    • Incremental pulse output available

    • UVW Hall signal output available
